MIND SHARDS

first day of CNY already? whoa and it just seemed like the previous CNY was just a little way back wasnt it? not to sound like a broken record, but first, finishing my NS and now with CNY, time really has passed rather quickly. i used to get rather annoyed when relatives were like "wah so big already ah!". but ironically when i look at some of my cousins (or maybe nephews and nieces, or possibly uncles and aunts you never really know with age gaps), i too think, "wah so big already ah".

well something that deserves special mention is that i finally met a cousin who's path is very similar to mine. i mean ok firstly most of my cousins are like half my age? and those that aren't are reeeeally different from me, as in they mostly go poly and so forth. no disrespect intended of course, just that it's harder for me to identify with them.

ok! back to topic. so yeah heard that she was doing her A's this year, and i was like "finally! can find someone to talk to" haha. had a nice chat with her and surprise surprise, she's leaning towards going to SMU to further her studies next year. haha yay, uncanny. excellent! hopefully i'll meet lots of ppl i know during my time there. well gonna rest up for yet another busy day tmr.

and oh yeah, she was pretty cute too :) just HAD to add that in haha. wooo
