having received my peer appraisals/evaluations for ftb a few days ago, i was absolutely delighted to find that i left a good impression on most people. i suppose it can be argued that for this kind of thing, maybe ppl opt to be polite, and neglect to mention my shortcomings. but hey, i guess we're all entitled to a pat on the back on in awhile, so here goes:

From team 62 to Daryl:

- Participates quite a lot and easy to get a long with

- Good organizer

- Funny and intelligent, intuitive

- Cute

- Spontaneous

- Speaks really well, a good leader

- Very vocal & articulate in giving instructions and suggestions

- Enthusiastic

- A good team mate and enthusiastic

- Everything is OK! But I think he can do more to the group

- Trustworthy

- Jovial and good company

From your wonderful faci:

Very participative and helpful in your efforts and ideas in the team! A FORCE to be reckoned with! Try to involve more in future teams with your planner side of character as u have great ideas and leadership potential! Well Done and keep it up for your upcoming school term! Make sure u keep in contact with the rest k!

i guess its funny in a way. i mean i never envisioned myself to be a leader in that sense. i mean i do contribute ideas from time to time, but during situations where you're unsure what to do, thats like quite bad to show signs of vulnerability right? as in like if im leader and i dont stay strong all the time, what of the team then? but at ftb, it was really a case of nobody stepping up, so unwilling to see the team shuffle along aimlessly, i put aside my own misgivings and tried to lead as best as i could. there were times i was drained, exhausted and out of ideas, but thankfully still pulled through.

well enough of the ramblings, its Minds tonight!
